Complaints about our services?

The Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium attach a lot of importance to the quality of the services they offer. However, if you do have a comment relating to the museums you can let us know.

We shall do everything possible to avoid similar complaints in the future.

To properly handle your complaint, we ask you to fill out the form on this page. An acknowledgment of receipt will automatically be sent to you and you will receive a personal answer within the 30 days.
