Return of the Storytelling Walks - Signed Walks!

Published on 26.09.2024

It's a great way to get to know each other and discover the collections in a whole new way. 6 new events not to be missed!

An original tour

A duo of passionate storytelling guides will take you on a stroll through the collections, exploring the works of art while you are lulled to sleep by the enchanting signs and words.
These tours offer mythological, philosophical, humorous and exciting stories told simultaneously in French and sign language: two cultures coming together, poetic choreography echoing the works...

new specialist guides

These walks through the collections of the MRBAB are aimed at all story lovers, young and old, deaf and hearing or hard of hearing. Created in 1998, the programme was interrupted following the Covid pandemic.
Faced with the need to train a team of deaf guides in the history of art and the art of storytelling for the third time, the MRBAB Musée sur Mesure team took advantage of the suspension of the programme to train new professionals.
Many ‘new’ deaf and hearing people are now ready to dive back into this programme of activities for a mixed (deaf/hearing) and multigenerational public that characterise these Storytelling Walks - Signed in French and sign language!
