In order to prepare your visit as well as possible, we suggest that you carefully read the instructions below before booking your tickets, in order to make the most of your experience!
- After purchasing your ticket, refunds are unfortunately not possible.
- Some artworks may be temporarily invisible to the public. To check the access and location of an artwork, click on “Collections” tab (artist and title) or head to our Database.
- Tickets at discounted rate can be bought online. You will receive a voucher that you can exchange for an entrance ticket at the desk office.
- Unfortunately, the MuseumPassMusée is not valid for our museums.
